Benjamin
Events-organisation manager
In our clubs, each week is different,
the faces change and so do the
emotions! This makes this job
an unforgettable experience.
As events-organisation manager, my role is not only to supervise and organise all child and adult activities, but also to ensure a service that meets the expectations of our holidaymakers. This is done via schedule management and the training of teams, but also by raising their awareness of the brand image that they must promote to our clients.
What I appreciate at Belambra, other than the human relationships, the interaction and the bonds that develop with our holidaymakers, is the professionalism of this job, and the development of new concepts and events which make us pioneers in this field.
Of course, as well as theatrical qualities, I am primarily looking for good-humoured, dynamic people who like to fire the imagination of young and old and who are highly responsive.
