Isabelle
Accommodation manager
To be at ease in a club,
I think that you need to like people,
to like working as part of a team, to know
how to give and also to receive, in other words, to get involved.
In charge of client reception, I manage the organisation of arrivals and departures, the preparation of accommodation units and the system for providing information.
I also control the status of reservations to provide information to the other departments on future activity in the club, etc.
What I particularly appreciate in my job is the management of the unforeseen,
new projects and also seeing my teams develop.
My advice for the new employee? Become part of the team as quickly as possible
by keeping your eyes and ears wide open and asking questions.
