Catering manager As a member of the management team, you are the guarantor of the quality of customer service and of catering within the club. You supervise and organise a multidisciplinary team: kitchen, restaurant room, storekeeping and bar.
Head chef Dynamic, responsive and creative, you will orchestrate production and control the
quality of the meals being served. You will organise all kitchen personnel and are particularly attentive to the presentation of dishes and to displaying buffets attractively.
Deputy chief As an experienced chef, you will help the chef de cuisine in the production, organisation and preparation of work. From time to time, you will replace him/her temporarily.
Cook With good proficiency in hot and cold catering, you participate fully in the quality of the food offered, paying particular attention to the presentation and decoration of dishes.
Assistant cook You take part in producing the dishes. You carry out very varied tasks
within the kitchen team.
Dishwasher Organised and quick, you are in charge of cleaning the dishes, kitchen utensils and equipment. You work in contact with the service teams in the restaurant room.
Storekeeper With excellent administrative qualities, you are in charge of managing stocks of goods. You organise and plan supply and provision. Attentive to the quality of the final service supplied to the client, you participate fully in the success of the restaurant team.
Stock controller You are in charge of controlling goods upon arrival at the club.
You will manage input/output flows of goods and make sure
that the stock is maintained properly and kept clean.
Restaurant room manager Responsible for receiving clients and ensuring that the service is provided correctly,
you make sure, together with the chef de cuisine, that the buffets are run properly and presented to their best advantage. You will lead a team of between 5 & 15 persons. You will make sure that each meal is a real moment of relaxation and pleasure for our clients.
Server Endowed with excellent inter-personal skills, you provide the service in the restaurant room. Attentive to the well-being of clients during service, you make sure that the restaurant is as attractive as possible.
Bar manager The manager of a small team, you work to increase the bar's turnover. Through your inter-personal skills and professionalism, you contribute to making the bar a friendly and attractive place where clients feel at ease. According to the time of day,
and working closely with the animation team, you create all types of atmosphere:
cosy, themed or party time, etc.
Barman With very good customer relationship skills, you provide the service in the bar and actively take part in making it a friendly place with a party atmosphere.
